"Right opposite the train station and in the walkable town. Quiet hotel. Nice size rooms and bathroom with a walk in shower. Has a lift to all floors, a gym and small spa area (sauna, steam room and relaxing chairs) Breakfast choice was amazing and offered options for those with food intolerances. The only issue is lack of curtains in the rooms (there are nets) - light comes streaming in early - wish we’d taken a face mask each."

"This hotel is the most convenient location you can get to explore the beautiful surrounding areas in Switzerland. Just across the street is the train station, SBB office, where you can get all your transportation questions answered and more. The room is spacious with plenty of storage space and the bathroom has a lot of space to spread out toiletries. The breakfast in the hotel is excellent, staff is very hospitable. "Sadly my husband &. I only had one night with ABC but we recommend it highly. It was so close to the station and yet so quiet. The room was such a lovely stylish design and had everything you would need. Being English we drink tea so they very kindly added a kettle for our use to the impressive coffee machine. The fridge was a really useful addition and the shower was glorious, such good water pressure. On arrival the receptionist helped us out with a fab restaurant, booking a table for us and being helpful in many ways. Such good service! Their breakfast buffet was outstanding, the quality and variety of the food on offer was impressive as was the super way it was all laid out. The waiters/waitresses provided perfect and discreet service. Finally I foolishly left my journal behind there, they tried to email us before we caught the train, but unfortunately we did not pick this up. So later that day, after a phone call they were happy to package it up and post it to me. It arrived at our home 2 days after they sent it. Just brilliant. (We paid postage obviously). We have already recommended the hotel to friends."

"Very close to the Chur train station. You can roll your luggage there in just a couple of minutes. Rooms are comfortably sized and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is okay. No low fat or non-fat yogurt. Scrambled eggs are overcooked. Only one elevator. But, you can't beat the proximity to the Chur train station. Recommended."

My room was spotless and very well equipped, lovely shower & bathroom, comfortable single bed and an exceptional choice of pillows. The breakfast had all you could wish for. The staff was lovely, efficient and welcoming. Given my short stay and desire to take 8h17 train, the location was perfect, with a pedestrian ramp across the street into the train station. "From the moment we arrived in Chur nothing disappointed us. The ABC hotel was opposite the train station and required very little effort to carry our suitcases across the road. We were greeted by an amazing receptionist who explained everything regarding the hotel and including recommending the most fabulous restaurant. We were 3 hours early for our check in, but a large airy room with gorgeous views was waiting for us. Our ensuite was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the windows and blinds opened with the touch of a button. We requested a coffee machine and were given a Nespresso. Due to an early Bernina Express train, we also requested a breakfast to go which incorporated every food group. Chur is charming with plenty of outdoor cafes even in early spring. The receptionist recommended Zunfthaus Rebleuten which was an exceptional Swiss dining restaurant in the oldest house in Chur. Chur has plenty of shops and restaurants"

"I have stayed here many times over the past 15 years or so. Close to the train station, the area is quiet and walking to restaurants and the centre of the city is easy. Rooms are very well furnished and comfortable with air conditioning and windows you can open if you prefer! "We were extremely happy with the room and the charming Nina who I booked the room with over the telephone (your website was showing not available). The emails and contact pre-arrival were excellent, as were the personalised touches in the room. "The location close to the train station was the biggest reason why I chose the hotel. Travelling with 2 small boys, you just want to settle in quickly. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Checking in was a breeze. We loved the room size and it was so comfortable. The only thing that you may consider is to change the television to a smart tv as the kids would love to watch youtube when getting ready. Breakfast was good and the waitress that served us was so friendly with the kids which is a plus point. Will stay here again in the future as we didn’t have the chance to explore more due to the limited time - had to rush for the Glacier Express the next morning."
