"This hotel is truly exceptional. We received an outstanding experience from beginning to end. I was travelling with 2 elderly and reduced mobility parents and my young son. "Interesting situation at the breakfast buffet. The responsible lady seems to bring forward the old products (cheese etc.) for the guests in order to keep the fresh ones for the employees having breakfast after the guests. And when the chef is present she cleans the tables, otherwise not. We only once had a similar experience at another IBIS (in Hamburg, years ago), where a kitchen employee used up all the hot water at the coffee machine to prewarm her cup, leaving the guests without hot water. May you should better supervise your people or choose people who are intrinsically motivated?"

"1.evening /night receptionist working alone and overwhelmed. There should have been another person. His English was not not the best. He tried so hard but did not understand things we asked. There were four or five guests waiting to check in. He was polite but the whole process was frustrating. 2. There was a bump from rhe hall to the room- small but dangerous for elderly people. 3. First impression was that the one carpet was dirty, with cigarette burns. Then we realized it was the carpet design . Yuck. Definitely not a good first impression of the room. 4. ANTS,!!!! LITTLE ONES THAT WOULD CRAWL AND INVESTIGATE EVERY SURFACE! POPPING UP ON VARIOUS SURFACES OF THE ROOM! Even on the stand by the bed. We did report this to the poor receptionist but he didn't really seem to know what to do except report it or sweep the room at 11 at night. We were exhausted from a long trip so we pulled the bed about 5 inches from the wall, made sure nothing was on surfaces and fell into bed, leaving the bathroom light on hoping ants would meander there. We thought we would hear from the front desk in the morning but we couldn't hang around all day. When we came back there was no contact from hotel management and we again squished ants and fell into bed . 5. We checked out early, and talked to front desk. Management knew NOTHING about our complaints.! They offered a free breakfast. We just left and got a much better breakfast downtown. I have stayed in varios ibis in different places and different cities and I have ha great experiences. This one was the pits. I have 5 days in Stockholm waiting for me and I hope that hotel is up to the standards of the ibis/Accor hotels."

"Overall it is clean, but maybe need to improve on quality assurance as I do not see any towels provided in the room. Requested to reception however was not delivered to us after our trip back from city centre. The reception actually is helpful, just that he said he sent to the wrong room. Noted not many staff working in this hotel. Location slightly far from city centre but no issue with public transport (bus) in terminal 1"

"The hotel is near the town and the main train station where we needed to catch the Bernina Express the next day. You have lovely, polite and really helpful staff, both evening and morning team. The air condition unit looks and feels new, so I definitely would recommend especially summer. The only downside is that the room we were given looks really tired and could use a renovation. Been to a lot of Ibis hotels and I’m a bit disappointed at the state of the room including the shower and furnishings. Apart from that, good experience overall."

"Overall the room and service was great. The location and factors outside the hotel's control, not so much. I found that the noise from the apartment complex across the street late into the night was disruptive. More sound proofing for the rooms facing this direction would be a good idea. Access was good with a bus stop just outside and Chur West station a short walk away. The Chur Guest Card provides free access to these services as a guest. The bus takes you straight to Chur main station. The room itself was fine. Well within what is expected for the price point. The staff were fantastic and room service did a great job."
