"Ava,Flavia and Alper are the Best team!! Communication is wonderful from front desk to online. It is obvious they care about the hotel and are proud of their town. "The hotel is located exceptionally close to the train station, a great plus for travelers dragging luggage. The staff were all very nice. The room was very comfortable, including a wonderful shower with great water pressure. Breakfast consisted of extensive tasty offerings and they even had tea pots for tea drinkers, a welcome rarity. The only hiccup was problems with their internet provider, so no connectivity for a time, but the situation was resolved during the stay. I would recommend the hotel for your visit to Chur."

"We stayed at ABC hotel in Chur prior to catching the Bernina Express . What a wonderful experience - the room was at the back and had a balcony looking up over the mountains- the room was everything you would want from a hotel and more - comfortable beds , wonderful shower , plug points where you want them , tv with multi channels etc etc . Breakfast in the morning was also marvellous with everything you could ever want - it was my wife’s birthday and the staff brought out a little cake with a candle in it - just something small but so nice . There is nothing I can fault about the hotel or staff only we wish we could have stayed longer . If we ever return to Chur ABC is the place to stay . Wonderful , marvellous experience - thank you"

"The property location is just right outside Chur station. Love the white decor of the interior of the room. I like the toilet best, spacious and clean. "We arrived late on Saturday night after 12 hours of travelling. The location was perfect for stepping out of the train station, just a 3-4 minute walk away. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was delightful - I just wish we'd stayed longer to enjoy the views from our 4th floor balcony. Our early start on Sunday morning to catch the Bernina Express meant getting up in the dark again. Breakfast was a substantial buffet and tea was provided in a tea pot."

"Highly recommended ABC Hotel in delightful Chur, especially if travelling by train. The hotel is a short stroll from the old town and many dining and shopping options. I made a mistake with my booking and the reservations team where extremely helpful in amending the booking. I'd recommend booking direct for best rates. Breakfast was extremely comprehensive and the room very clean. We are two adults and 8yr old child, the Superior Double room accommodated us well with a fold out bed for our son. "We only got to stay for one night here but it ticked all the boxes. We were visiting to catch the early morning Bernina Express. The hotel is two minutes walk away so perfect location, on the way to the old town.. Despite it being the Chur festival just a few streets away, the hotel was perfectly quiet for a good night’s sleep. Indeed, one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Lovely bathroom with everything you would need, even a little vanity box, so typically Swiss to think of everything. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of offerings, all served by very friendly staff. Loved the little cake given to us at departure. It’s the small things that make a stay memorable and this hotel did just that."

"The ABC is directly across the street from the Chur train station and a short 2 blocks from Old Town. It doesn't get much more convenient. It's very clean with all modern amenities. The staff was friendly and informative and although our rooms were not ready (at 11a I didn't expect them to be), we stored our luggage securely behind the front desk and explored Old Town. Breakfast was well stocked with a wide choice and friendly servers. Would absolutely stay there again if I was visiting Chur."

"The location is excellent, the room is cozy, the breakfast is embarrassing. I arrived at the dining room at 0900. There were no eggs, no bacon, the bread was empty. The kitchen worker told me that it would take 15 minutes to make eggs. A hotel that is not cheap, even an expensive one that respects itself, cannot have food stands empty.
