Under the expert guidance of alphorn player Werner Erb, you’ll learn the basics of playing the alphorn in a relaxed atmosphere. You’ll be introduced to the instrument step by step – from your first note to simple melodies. You’ll also discover fascinating insights into the history and significance of the alphorn in Swiss culture.

The workshop lasts around 1.5 hours and is suitable for both beginners and anyone looking for a special cultural experience in Chur. No prior experience is required.

If there are too few registrations, the workshop will be cancelled no later than two days before the event. The workshop will take place provided there are at least 5 participants.
