The voucher from your booking confirmation is valid as a ticket. Booked tickets are fix and cannot be canceled. The booked game takes place in all weather conditions.

Deposit
A deposit of CHF 50.00 per group must be left in cash at the ticket office at the Tourist Info (Bahnhofstrasse 32, 7000 Chur). The deposit will be returned when the equipment is returned. If the equipment is returned incomplete, CHF 10.00 per lost / defect item will be withheld from the deposit.
